Manchester United have joined Manchester City and Real Madrid in the race for Espanyol starlet Aaron Martin.
The left-back has broken into the Spanish club's first team this season and he has earned rave reviews for his performances.
Indeed, both City and Madrid are pursuing the 19-year-old ahead of the summer transfer window after watching him in action.
However, according to Mundo Deportivo, they may well have to fight off competition from Manchester United after it was revealed they too are scouting Martin.
Red Devils scout Toni Lima reportedly watched the Spaniard in action on Saturday as Espanyol defeated Alaves 1-0.
And that could pave the way for a concrete offer from United who have been alerted to the youngster's £25m release-clause.
