David de Gea reignites Man Utd Exit Rumours After Putting £3.85m Mansion up for Sale

David de Gea's £3.85m home ​has been put up for sale, fuelling speculation that he could leave Manchester United in the summer. 

There have been claims in recent weeks that De Gea has fallen out with manager Jose Mourinho, who has picked Sergio Romero frequently in recent weeks. 
 Images on ​the Sun's website show the goalkeeper's £3.85m home in all its glory as Real Madrid step up their interest in a £60m move this summer.

The Bowdon, Greater Manchester, mansion was listed on an estate agents website and features a swimming pool, tennis courts and its own trophy cabinet. The Spaniard has been a important part of United's team over the last few years but could finally be set to leave the club this summer, with Real Madrid keen to replace Keylor Navas as their primary goalie.

A source told the Sun: "De Gea has been the heart and soul throughout United’s dreadful life after Sir Alex Ferguson – and seeing him on the move will be a blow to fans. "While manager Jose denies any deals between the player and clubs, it seems another transfer market is alive and kicking. "De Gea has achieved hero status at Old Trafford and wherever he moves he’ll always have a home there."

Real Madrid Set to Offer Star Man to Manchester United in De Gea Part-Exchange Deal

Real Madrid are said to be set to offer James Rodriguez to Manchester United in order to get a discount on the £60m price tag Manchester United have put on David de Gea.

Notorious Spanish rumourmongers Don Balon claim that Real boss Zinedine Zidane wants De Gea to replace current goalkeeper Keylor Navas in the summer, and club president Florentino Perez is reported to want the deal to be completed quickly in order to avoid another drawn out transfer saga.

Jose Mourinho is an admirer of the Colombian international, who has struggled for playing time at the Santiago Bernabeu and is apparently looking to leave the La Liga giants. Perez is fully aware that Jose Mourinho is interested in the 25-year-old's services, and he is hoping to use that in order to sign De Gea, as a part exchange deal could suit both parties.

United are not willing to let de Gea leave for less than £60m, but Real believe that they will be able to get that asking price down if they offer Rodriguez in the deal. If Real were to pay £60m for United's number one, they would be almost doubling the world record fee for a goalkeeper, eclipsing the £32m fee Juventus paid for Gianluigi Buffon in 2001.

United signed De Gea from Real's city rivals Atletico for £18m in 2011, with the stopper going on to make 264 appearances in all competitions for the Red Devils. 

Rodriguez, who has scored 19 goals in 54 caps for Colombia, cost Real around €80m, becoming the most expensive Colombian in history - surpassing the €60m fee that Monaco payed Atletico for Radamel Falcao.

David De Gea will not leave Manchester United - Jose Mourinho

Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho has called on David De Gea to continue to concentrate despite the renewed speculation linking the goalkeeper with Real Madrid.
De Jia did not appear in United's victory over Sunderland at the end of last week, with a hip injury reported as a reason for the omission. However, it was suggested that Mourinho left the Spaniard because he was frustrated by the recent performance.

“I’m not interested in the speculation,” Mourinho is quoted by the Daily Mail.

“I think if the player is, he shouldn’t be because we are playing very important teams and every match for us is crucial.

“In the Premier League we lose a match and the top four gets almost impossible, in the Europa League we lose a match and we are in trouble. Every match is one that demands from every one of us total focus.
