And after all that it is Neymar who tops the bill ahead of Tottenham duo Harry Kane and Dele Alli, while Lionel Messi appears in fourth valued at £133.5m and Luis Suarez is sixth at £123.9m.

Barcelona star Neymar has been requested to stand trial on fraud and corruption accusations alongside his parents, Barcelona and Santos.
The Spanish National Court additionally requested on Thursday that Barcelona president Josep Maria Bartomeu and his predecessor – Sandro Rosell – be sent to trial.
The asserted "business corruption and fraud" offenses relate with Neymar's transfer to Barcelona from Santos in 2013. All parties included deny any wrongdoing.
Brazilian investment group DIS said it got less money than the 40% it was entitled to from the disputed transfer fee and filed a lawsuit which has brought about a trial that will now proceed after all appeal options were exhausted.
Prosecutors want a two-year jail sentence for Neymar, eight years for Rosell and Bartomeu plus a €195m fine for Barça. That would probably not happen as he is a first-time offender according to the Spanish system
They are also seeking fines of €10million against the Neymar family.
Final appeals against the prosecution proceeding from Neymar, his parents, Barca and Santos had been rejected in February, while Bartomeu’s failed last week, prompting this court order. Bail has been set at €3.4m.
Neymar is not the only Barça star to find himself embroiled in problems with the Spanish authorities.
Defender Javier Mascherano agreed a one-year suspended sentence with authorities for tax fraud this year. Lionel Messi and his father were given 21-month suspended jail sentences in July 2016 for tax fraud relating to the player’s image rights.

Brazilian Star Neymar has stated that He has no intention of retiring at Barcelona

Neymar

The Barcelona forward will not leave the La Liga giants anytime soon, but he has reiterated a desire to head home to Flamengo at some stage.

He has also committed his immediate future to Barca, with a contract through to 2021 penned at Camp Nou in October 2016.
At just 25 years of age, Neymar should still be in his prime when that deal comes to an end, with another extension possible, but a man widely tipped to capture the Ballon d’Or crown in his career has reiterated that he will return to South America before calling it a day.
He told Canal Esporte Interativo: “I have a lot of desire to one day play for Flamengo, with the Maracana full, playing in the Copa Libertadores.”
Neymar has already played domestic football in his homeland, with Santos having provided him with a platform on which to showcase his talent and earn a high-profile switch to Europe.
Relations between player and club have soured somewhat in recent years, though, with a big-money move to Barca attracting unwelcome attention.

I have a strong desire to play for Flamengo - Neymar

Neymar

Barcelona superstar Neymar is constantly linked with a move to the likes of Manchester United and Paris Saint-Germain, and now the Brazilian has revealed the club he’d love to play for one day – Flamengo.
Neymar is on his way to disrupting the established order when it comes to the world’s best players with the forward quickly catching up to the likes of teammate Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo.
A move to United has been frequently rumoured in recent years while French giants PSG are also reportedly keen on signing the 25-year-old, but Neymar may have nixed a potential move to either by revealing where he would like to play in the future.
The former Santos attacker has admitted the thrill of playing in front of a full Maracana stadium has been yearning for a transfer back to his native Brazil with Flamengo.
Speaking to Canal Esporte Interativo Neymar said: “I have a lot of desire to one day play for Flamengo, with the Maracana full, playing in the Copa Libertadores.”
Neymar also admitted that, while he still has an emotional bond with former club Santos, the legal dispute over his transfer between his old and current sides have left him feeling frustrated.
He added: “I still have strong sentiments towards Santos. But they went to court against me and I still don’t know why. There is a lot the people don’t know about.
“All that’s missing is for the club to claim I wanted to score an own goal in favour of Barcelona during the [2011] Club World Cup.”
