The 2017/18 Premier League match-week 1 fixtures

The new Premier League season will kick-off on the weekend of August 12-13 2017.

The Premier League champions Chelsea will begin the defence of their title at home against Burnley.

Newly promoted Newcastle host Tottenham, while Brighton welcome Manchester City and Huddersfield visit Crystal Palace.

Arsenal who are the reigning FA Cup champions will start their own season with a tough duel against former League champions Leicester City at the Emirates.

The League is set to finish on Sunday 13 May 2018, a week earlier than last season, with the World Cup finals in Russia starting on 14 June 2018.

Top Premier League club to sign James Rodriguez

Colombian superstar James Rodriguez has reached an agreement with Premier League giants Manchester United.

Man United have additionally been targeting Atletico Madrid star Antoine Griezmann, among various other players.

Jose Mourinho has made it clear that he needs 3-4 world class signings in order to challenge on all fronts next season.

After a poor outing this season, even if there is a possibility that Man United might win the Europa League, Mourinho is set on boosting his team that will genuinely challenge for the Premier League for next season.

Chelsea to sign Rangers star

Chelsea have agreed on a deal to sign Rangers star Billy Gilmour, as reported by the Scottish club. The 15-year-old midfielder is set to join this summer, with a transfer fee of £350,000 being dished out by the Premier League leaders to secure his signature.
