Cristiano Ronaldo Becomes All-Time Top Scorer Across Europe's Top 6 Leagues After Goal vs Valencia

Real Madrid forward Cristiano Ronaldo Becomes all time leading goal scorer

Real Madrid forward Cristiano Ronaldo has become the all-time leading goalscorer of the top-six European leagues after his first-half goal against Valencia on Saturday.

The 32-year-old superstar has now scored 367 goals during his time at Sporting Lisbon, Manchester United and Real Madrid, 19 more than Barcelona rival Lionel Messi.

His record-breaking goal came from a beautifully whipped cross from Dani Carvajal, who placed the ball right onto the head of Ronaldo who nodded it in from five yards to make it 1-0.

The Ballon d'Or winner had the chance to score his 368th goal later in the game, only for his penalty to be well-saved by Valencia goalkeeper Diego Alves

Real Madrid will go three points clear at the top of La Liga if they can hold on to their 1-0 advantage, but they might be knocked back down to second later on Saturday as Barcelona travel to local-rivals Espanyol.

With just four La Liga games remaining this season, Zinedine Zidane's side have a slight advantage as they have a game in hand on their Catalan giants.
