Manchester state police have just confirmed that more than 20 people have been injured in a terror attack at an Ariana Grande concert in at Manchester on Monday night.
The attack has been referred to as "the most horrific incident" Greater Manchester had ever faced by police Chief Constable Ian Hopkins.There have been several tweets from people expressing their condolences to the victims affected.I would like to express my deepest condolences to the families of the victims. Islamic State has since claimed responsibility for the attack.
