Chelsea planning big surprises for captain John Terry

According to Skysport, Chelsea are reportedly planning a number of surprises for clubs captain John Terry.

The English star will play for the last time at Stamford Bridge today after 22 years at the club. The club will give free beer, prosecco, and water for supporters in general admission areas to celebrate their Premier League title triumph

If Chelsea beats Sunderland today, they will become the first side to win 30 matches in a 38-game season.
They have also been reports that as a tribute to Terry, the club is retiring his number 26 shirt when he leaves after next Saturday's FA Cup final against Arsenal.
